Burlington’s Vital Signs is a community check up undertaken by the Burlington Community Foundation for more than a decade. Vital Signs measures the aspects of our city, identifies significant trends, and assigns grades to issue areas that are critical to quality of life in Burlington.

At the end of the survey, you can submit your contact information for your chance to win 1 of 9 prizes, including three (3) $100 Burlington Downtown gift cards, two (2) annual family passes to the Royal Botanical Gardens, six (6) tickets to see Aqua at the FirstOntario Concert Hall (1 winner), and three (3) pairs of tickets to Hamilton Tiger-Cats games (3 winners).
